Fill<n>DByteArray

Fills the last dimension of a byte array with a buffer beginning at the specified n-1 indices.

Array A byte array
int1...indn-1 A comma-delimited list of the indices of the first n-1 dimensions where the filling will begin
*buffer A pointer to the buffer
buff_size The size of the buffer
